Guys sporting circumcised cocks in SL are almost certainly American, Jewish or Muslim. Uncut guys in SL are almost certainly European. The style adopted simply reflects the cultural dominance of circumcision (or not) in the country in which they grew up, and they bring this social element of RL directly into SL.
